Last night we ate at a new pizzeria in Beacon Hill called Bar Del Corso. The menu features authentic Italian pizza cooked in a wood fired oven and the ingredients are all natural and local. The owner has over thirty years of experience in Italian cooking and his wife also works there, in fact she sat us at our table. The owner is also the one cooking the pizzas and he even served our Margherita Pizza. The restaurant has a community feel to it and it already a popular place as every table was filled by 6:15.

|Bar Del Corso is located at 3057 Beacon Ave. S. in Seattle. They are open Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 to 10:00 PM. They do not take reservations so arrive early for a table.|
