Strawberry Champagne Cupcake from Cupcake Royale

   If you know me, you know how much I love cupcakes. Its been awhile since I visited any of Seattle's abundant cupcake shops and thought I would pop into Cupcake Royale.  I bought the Strawberry Champagne cupcake and it was delicious. The cake itself was super moist and had a champagne flavor (its was actually spiked with it, which is why I feel like a nap now) while the thick buttercream frosting on top was very sweet and tart like strawberries.
